At CIC in Caracas, Venezuela I worked with the Green Team to find ways to reduce waste in the school canteen, including fundraising to purchase reusable cutlery and mugs. As this was a student-run club it was my role to help facilitate the students' ideas.

SUSTAINABLE, EDIBLE GARDEN PROJECT LEADER

2012-2016

At NCPA in Guangzhou, China we worked to design and build a sustainable, edible garden made from recycled materials. Students worked to build a mosaic tile terrace and composting area, working to make sustainable choices and problem solve throughout the project.

ECOSCHOOLS TEAM ADVISOR

2008-2012

In the province of Ontario, many schools participate in the EcoSchools program where students and staff work together to make their campus more sustainable. Every year the EcoSchools team submits evidence of the green initiatives taken on campus.
